Vicki Lind, Career Counselor
Vicki Lind, MS, NCC is a creative career counselor who works with three
groups of kindred spirits: creative people, people who want to make a
difference, and procrastinators. She is drawn to creative people because she,
herself, is a creative divergent thinker (and a little bit quirky). Vicki
imaginatively pulls together resources to meet the idiosyncratic needs of each
client. Her own creative venues include painting and gardening. Vicki also feels
kinship with people who want their employment to reflect their ideals of helping
individuals, the community, and the environment. She draws from her long
professional history in education and mental health. Her adult roots are deep in
Portland’s east side communities. Vicki comes to her expertise in helping
procrastinators honestly (i.e. she has a rich history in delaying priority
projects and experiencing the resulting emotional turmoil). Over the past
several years, she has developed a series of techniques that has helped her
understand and reverse procrastination patterns. |

into what both organizations and candidates really need. Janet's extensive
portfolio of companies is the result of her individualized approach to her
clients. She delights in uncovering "hidden" talent, the proverbial
needle-in-a-haystack. Her creative approach enables her to master many different
